ALL THE WEB RANKINGS |
ALL THE WEB LISTINGS
This gets confusing real fast because FAST serves the results, yet All The
Web is owned by Overure, or rather, now it's owned and OPERATED by
Yahoo who own and operate Inktomi...but All The Web is using FAST - quite a
perplexing situation...
All The Web is an Overture company. As stated, Yahoo already purchased Inktomi, as well as Overture, one of the leading cost per click search
engines. Directly, or you could say indirectly, Yahoo controls All The Web
now, which is a FAST database results-driven-engine BECAUSE it was owned by
Overture whose liabilities and assets have been acquired by Yahoo and
Overture became wholy owned AND OPERATED by Yahoo, (big difference) as of early
October 2003.
What does this all mean? Yahoo pulls a lot of strings. All The Web is
transitioning from being a FAST search engine, to being either an Inktomi
engine, or...possibly Yahoo's hybrid experiment?
Web page, no cost per click,
All The Web
rankings we achieve are through standard submission and paid submission,
both.
